This is just a shoe. It protects your feet from the elements, and the design is timeless.
Some shoes are too much, man. This is the perfect amount of shoe. Light, durable, and inexpensive- just a great everyday shoe.
It does not impede the foot like many sports-shoes. The sole is flexible, and it doesn’t turn your foot into an immovable brick like a lot of athletic shoes. That said, it doesn’t provide much padding or shock absorption.
If you are buying this, you probably already know about this shoe and this review is pointless.

Amazing shoes! But pay more attention to the seller!
They are amazing! Comfortable, came on time, and no damage to the product or defect. Very comfortable and would recommend to others. When I was looking for reviews, I saw alot of negative reviews about them being “fake” and some are and some aren’t, Its just who you buy it from. Before buying do a backround check on the seller. If they have good reviews and have a reasonable price, buy it. If they don’t have good reviews but it’s selling cheap, save your money because it’s not worth getting fakes that last 3 months.
I love these shoes!
I’ve wanted a pair of these for a long time. I’ve never been much of a connoisseur of trendy footwear, but the style of these caught my eye a while ago, so I finally gave in and ordered a pair. The shipping to my area was a tad expensive, but I imagine it varies from region to region. They arrived on the expected date (neither late nor early). Straight out of the box, they look just like the picture and fit just right. I was told they ran large, so I ordered a half-size up, and they’re just about perfect. The color is vibrant, they seem durable, and they don’t appear to be knockoffs. Mine are new and I haven’t worn them out much yet, so I can’t speak to how well they hold up to frequent use, but so far I’m very please with this purchase.
Can’t go wrong with Chucks
This is my second pair of chucks. They are comfortable, though it takes the extra second to tie them up instead of slipping on most other sneakers. The best thing about Chucks is when traveling. They fold almost completely flat so they don’t take up a lot of room in luggage. The white rubber parts do get dirty quick, so you have to use sneaker cleaner weekly to not look like a slob
Always in Style
I had a pair of these growing up, but for some reason hadn’t bought a pair as an adult. They’re the same as I remember! I selected “somewhat small” on how the shoe fits because these shoes are NARROW. But they fit, just be aware if you have wide feet, these will probably be uncomfortable, unless maybe you don’t lace up the shoes. I wear a women’s size 8.5 to 9 (closer to 9), ordered a women’s 9 and they fit fine, getting a little snug in the ball of the foot/toe area with them laced up moderately tight. Anyway, these are great and FYI when you get them and are confused why the logo is on the inside of the ankle instead of the outside, I guess that’s normal for the hi-tops whereas all of the other Converse styles have them on the outside…so these are legit!
No Surprises
No surprises here. For people that have been wearing Chucks their whole lives, these shoes are exactly what you have in mind. No frills but no surprises. If you want the super high end Chucks with lunarlon insoles then you’ll have to have to get em from Nike. Obviously Converse doesn’t exist as a legit company anymore with its own factories and QC, etc. They are a market brand name only available to manufacturing companies interested in investing in the brand. The shoes I received completely met my expectations.
